Hi, I’m Celia Cousineau

I’m an artist, illustrator and designer from the Chicago, IL area, and I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I currently work as a graphic designer at First Station Media and own my own art and jewelry business, PineyBlues.

I’m most passionate about digital illustration, and I like to create layered works combining handmade sketches and textures, my own photos, and digital painting. I’m inspired by fantasy, nature, magic, and interpreting my own emotions. 

I’m also interested in character and concept art, as well as design as a form of visual communication. I enjoy solving the visual puzzle of layouts, creating a voice through branding, and experimenting with typography.
